That is right and tuna too, yes, but I dont count so much the sweets you know, as rich piana say, it doesnt count lol, do you? |

Fair play, I don't track macros, I find it easy to manipulate my weight just from experience. Probably should though lol |

Friday night....this consists of watching last nights NFL.
I've spoiled my self tonight. I have a pic nic bar in the fridge and a thick Choco milk.
I can't decide between rice or pasta with my chicken tonight though. Some genius decided to give me a choice and now I'm lost! |
