..... housework (obviously!).

But I left the washing up until the next day, and now the takeaway curry appears to have permanently stained my nice plates

Soaking in boiling water hasn't helped..... anyone know how to get these stains off my plates?

I'm not sure what my plates are made out of..... the back just says "Churchill, England, Dishwasher and Microwave safe".

I did think about using bleach, but I worry that this would taint the taste of the food I put on them in future. Is bleach safe to use on food plates?

Ta for all your help xx

Make a paste with bicarb, use an old toothbrush to rub over the plates.

Bleach might work but bicarb is more green, and you wont risk damaging the pattern.
