So who's using the new IE9 and what do you think of it ?

We've only recently tried Firefox, Chrome and Opera. All of them seemed better than the old IE, but out of those I think Chrome ranked the best, but now that IE9 has come along, so far it's looking one hell of a lot faster than it's ever been, so back we go to IE for a test run

Tayside

Using it here and it is great, the beta version had a few bugs in it but they seem to have sorted those out and I agree it is a lot faster than previous versions.

I still think there may be a couple of niggles .... Outlook seems to hang up now and again since I installed it, also it seemed to remove the folder program association meaning that you couldn't open a folder in the right pane of Windows Explorer with a double clisk. You had to right click then hit 'open' in order to do it.

There was a registry fix which put that right, but for those not too computer minded, I could imagine that being a bit of a headache.

Looks like they still haven't included a spellchecker either - shame.

Otherwise .. it seems pretty good tho
