serious one : I watched "Katie and her friends" the other night (remember the model who had acid thrown in her face) and it was so sad and yet so inspiring at the same time.

Apart from the med dramas and docus and political things I watch. These are a few easy viewing things I rarely miss

I'd recommend the American Office because I haven't seen the Gervais English one to have been influenced or make comparisons. Again you'd have to play catch up.

I would recommend South Park too but watch it right from the beginning to get to know the characters and the in jokes as its confusing when it reverts back to something that happened in the past. Its very satirical and subtle humour not just a cartoon. Its bang up to date on current affairs in a mad way. Great characters to mimic at dinner parties.

Being Human has finished so my chick fix is the current series of The Good Wife. Political intrigue and love interest and shallow plots. Great with a bar of chocolate.

Finally just because you won't believe your eyes. The only Way is Essex. Absolute mind blowing irritating utter toss... but a hoot. It will add to your lampooning repertoire too.

The Big C... not much on TV makes me laugh out loud but this does... every week. Worth a watch.

The Good Wife... I have a thing for Julianna Margulies ever since her ER days!

Monroe has been pretty good too...

All in all I like Thursday nights!

She's sexy as hell... so fanciable. You ache for her and Will to get together... Monroe has been pretty good too...

Yes I like monroe - it was slow to start with... Thursday night is my 'telly night' - rounded off with Celebrity Juice and then Hospital Sydney!! That has to be one of the best fly on the wall hospital docus going - the Australians tell it how it really is.

Spartacus Gods of the Arena ....sky1 at 10pm I love Roman films and things loads of passion lust blood and gutts .. and on BBC2 6TH APRIL 9pm in the eving going to start The crimson petal and white its a historical drama They're both crammed with endless scenes of graphic nudity and erotic.

Crimson

Based on the acclaimed 2002 Michel Faber novel, The Crimson Petal And The White is a sumptuous new postmodern take on the costume drama, revolving around a businessman's extramarital relationship with a prostitute called Sugar.

also like

Katie My Beautiful friends on 4 Tue 9pm Katie Piper sets out on an extraordinary journey to use her personal experience to help rebuild the lives and confidence of people like her who are fighting for normality while living with a disfigurement .
