the htc.. iphones are god awful things.. had one and sent it back..
I would rather have a 3210...
However, what about seeing what other android phones you can have for free.. as there are some fantastic ones just coming out now..

I have had 3 over 4 years.. never had a problem except for one I threw at someone..
Iphones are popular but for many its for the wrong reasons.. I got one as they were seen as the must have gadget and hated it.. so swapped to HTC and had my current hero for 18 months now.. am hard pressed to replace it if I am honest.
Perhaps with a dell streak or the Nexus2.

see if you can get anything else that is android based, tell them you thinking of changing network if they do not
Iphone everythng on it has to be approved by apple
anyandroid equivloent does not, and has apps that do most of the sme thing the iphone ones do

Both do a great job and what ever you chose you will be happy with.
I'm an Apple fan boy so it's iPhone all the way.
I have had to develop for both platforms with work and I find the iPhone's operating system to be just that little bit more refined than HTC's Android. |

You can do much the same on both handsets.
Remember that battery life on both will be pretty dire.
If an abundance of apps and accessories is your thing then the iPhone. If it's ultimate customisation then it's the htc you need.
I beleive there are a couple of new htc's on the horizon. Some offering a very fast processor and more memory than current phones.
There are still a few niggles with the software on htc's I believe (some android based, some htc sense based).
Apple customer service is second to none. If an iPhone develops a fault under warranty you take it to an apple store genius bar and they will usually replace it there and then. Any other phone your network sends it off for repair for two weeks.

i had the same dilemma last week too much bloody choice ..in the end i phoned vodaphone and ive decided to keep my present phone but they have halved the price of my contract for another 12 months ......win win situation really i only need a phone to text and make calls !!! |

I love my iPhone 4 to bits and wouldn't say anything bad about it... The only thing I would say is that if you go in the direction of iPhone I would be really tempted to hold fire and wait as apple always bring out the updated iPhone in June... And if iPhone 5 is anywhere near as good as being alleged then you make kick yourself if you bite the bullet early

I just got a blackberry torch as an upgrade today.....not got it out the box yet.... it has a keypad a camera and calls other numbers, that works for me! |

'negotiate' with them, that's how I got the BB torch, reminded them of how loyal I'd been over the years, they dropped the £150 price tag and threw in more minutes talk time, new insurance the BB bundle and still £11 pound less a month, you don't ask you don't get, especially with mobile phone companies. xxx |
