I used to have a colleague when I was a wet begind the ears trainee years ago who used to do a few interviews with various people and he would always turn the aircon right down deliberately for that reason if the interviewee was a lady.
I used to look up to him as a mentor at the time, now I can see he was just a dirty old perve lol!
