I'm up early don't know why
Esp on a Sunday  I'm having a latte..an my breakfast. Then have a shower tidy up an do my self a nice low fat Sunday lunch..A bit later on

My dogs always wake me up between 7-8 so I never get a lie in.
I'm thinking of heading to waitrose at 10.30 and sit in the cafe with a cappuccino and read the paper  |

Sometimes I feel like that
I usually go to the gym if i feeling fed up ..an less motivated..It snaps me right out of it ..going for a nice run on the running machine ..
Esp if i see a nice sexy guy at the gym lol    |

Off in to Worcester with my sister. Chinese New Year celebrations....Lion Dance and stuff! Then go fir eats as it was her birthday last week and we were both "busy" so late celebration of that too! |

I'm up early too because I was throwing up through the night. I seem to have some sort of stomach bug.
Today I need to do some paperwork, some laundry, change my bed linen and go to the supermarket.
Looking outside, it's a grotty day so dragging myself to the supermarket is going to be difficult. |

5 mile run this morning already done, then out running again after lunch with a friend (just 3 miles), then some afternoon delight with the misses before settling in for the rest of the evening. |
