I crushed the inner screen on mine last summer and I was lost going back to keypad.
Fairplay to Orange, my flight for my holiday left at 1400 the next day and they got me a replacement phone out by 0900 so I didn't have to feel like a div for long! |

I did that with mine but o2 were shit it took a week to get my iPhone replaced  |

I lost mine a few months ago and I swear it was like losing someone i've everything in my phone and some kind person picked it up and when I rang he answered and gave me his address my faith in mankind was restored. |

Same thing happened to me, but he rang my home number to tell me he's got it. Turns out he was a policeman and got it delivered back to me within 24 hours |

Bit backwards, I meant that you get used to one fast then having to go back to the old one is like learning to walk all over.
