The other times i just light up because am bored or Ians going for a cig, so i join him.

We aiming to give up.

But timing is the main problem.

I think the summer will be better, when we can both go for a long walk and not freeze LOL

Timing is a problem the time between ...

Managed a week a few months ago with pure will power.

Can feel the body feeling better for it - the head though ... like a bee hive.

im not really a heavy smoker, to be honest i only have a fag if im out drinking, i packed up years ago when i got pregnant and never really started again but even after all this time i still fancy a fag with a pint

therefor i never think....i dont fancy this when i spark up lol
