The constitution should be changed so that the first born accedes to the throne, regardless of gender. The consitituion is quite happy for a girl to accede when there are no sons so it's blatantly sexist to bypass a first born girl in favour of a younger son at other times. |

The problem with changing the constitution is that even if it were to get through Parliament (unlikely) then it has to be approved by 15 Commonwealth countries.
So even more unlikely it will change in our lifetime.... |

sod it.
we need a military coup and known rapists and child molesters taken out and shot.
also anyone on a capital offense in prison to be lined up against the wall and shot.
think of all that real estate once the prison population is down.

Let me see if I've got this. The head of state of this country is decided by the accident of birth, but they're thinking of changing the 'male succeeds first' rule because it might not be entirely fair?  |
