Just weighed myself and lost all the extra fat I gained in the last week, probably shit it off when
1 I saw how much I'd gained
2 when I saw my bank balance 
So just got to get rid of the other bit of fat I'd put on before that and km back down to target.
Funny thing was I woke up this morning and knew I was lighter again

I made rice pudding for my go to comfort food, but since I started using skimmed milk, anything with cream in goes right through me. Win win with regards to rice pudding for me lol. Will step on scales tomorrow but only expecting a gain, which is fine as I am trying to get an extra pallbearer at my funeral to make up numbers anyway |
