I bought a beautiful one at the Brum Bizarre years ago. It's very pretty. Not sure who owned the stall but it's worth a trip if you're in the area.

The Collar Shop. They are an American company so they take a little while to arrive A little pricey but beautifully hand made and you can design your own.

Haven't seen any better anywhere.
