Teddington

Do a Google search if you have access on another device also see this link - it seems a common problem

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows8_1-security/error-code-0xd0000072-while-switching-from-my/a7ca85b7-6526-4988-981e-5c7cd00fb85f?auth=1

That's a file exception error I think, means it can't find the file it needs to do the switch, however, I'm not sure and can't remember how to fix. I usually just restart and see how that goes

Only time I have seen this before was when malware/virus got on to a PC unfortunately fixing it was a messy job. Sorry I don't have any quick fixes.

the error code is to do with proxy settings when the account was first made

the above link does it

but is ackward to read

Method 1

Try resetting proxy settings

Method 2

Deleted all the trusted PC’s

Login to: account live place

And deleted all the trusted PC’s

how the fuck does anyone use a computer these days. I am literate, but shit - I would do the man thing and end up buying a new one saying it's knackered.

Have you tried windows help? I had problems with updating mine as it wouldn't find a thing, not even the start button! A few rests and Microsoft help page did the trick!

heres another to try

First of check if your Microsoft account is running well or not by visiting status.live.com

Step 2:

Now to reset the proxy settings, open the administrative command prompt window by right clicking on the windows logo

Step 3:

Then input the commands given below one after the other and press enter.

netsh

winhttp

import proxy source=ie

That’s it. Now restart your PC to fix the problem.

if that fails is there any files that you want out of the other account as there is a way to get at them and save them
