i had a 'friend' coming up for three days tomorrow....cancelled
was supposed to be somewhere last night....cancelled.
my kids are away for the first time in months giving me unparalleled freedom...and this dick happens!
there is a grrrr going on in me that wont quit right now!

could have a serious problem here - how do you tell a 6 year old that grandad can't pick her up for Christmas because the roads are to icey? and the weather man has the cheek to smile at the end of the forecast! |

Camping over the Christmas weekend is off now, as it is forecast to rain for all 4 days in the part of Dorset where I intend to go.
Bummer, nevermind, staying at home for a d*unken cook feast instead!  |

my children are away at xmas and i refuse to spend it with family and friends as i dont want them trying to cheer me up and ruining it for them...this week was my christmas present to myself, lot's of play so i could just 'rest' on the actual day...grr....grrr...grrrr...grrrrr  |

Made it to scheduled party Fri night and was sposed to go to a family do Sat. Bit of a drive away so couldn't cos of the snow. Went to a local social club (for local people) it was a great night and met some new locals.
Today went sledding using a) bubblewrap and b) estate agent's sign. Got a few bruises as came off a couple of times but all in all a bliddy great weekend. snow tigress x |

Son and I are snowed in at my sisters. Not easy when her and my sister are both hyped up adhd sufferers. Is it too early to open a bottle of christmas cheer? |
