not to use CAPS LOCKS in the chatrooms as it results in a ban , us older ones dont understand the text speak and etiquette of chat rooms , must of caught a grumpy mod today

CAPS anywhere is generally seen as 'shouting' and is pretty annoying (except in their proper place).

I was told to stop using CAPS ,so I only replied I use them because I am a bit touchy about loosing my hair
