I am busy eating my muscle meals, just finished eating 250g chicken, 10.30 is last meal: 1 tuna 3 whole eggs. Watching crimewatch same time.

I got discharged from hospital today.

I've been fed a delicious non hospital meal and am now all tucked up in a very comfortable bed with lots of fluffy pillows and no fluorescent lights on or people disturbing me regularly.

Bliss.
