just cooking mine now. slithers of baby courgette fried in olive oil and butter, crispy streaky bacon, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and a toasted onion bagel.......should see me through to dinner

Raspberries and Blueberries from the allotment, Alpro soya lemon and lime, drizzled with honey and sprinkled with hemp and flaxseed, Ecinacea, Jasmine green and moroccan mint with Ginseng tea, I feel like such a good boy,lol
