I used an anal douch last night for the first time. In fact it was an attachment to the shower bought from love honey.
How often should I do this. I thought I would use it to help keep me clean for strap on fun rimming and anal play in general.
However I read somewhere that the cleaning could remove good bacteria and minerals any advice or thoughts ? |

When I'm playing I use mine a couple of hours before. Everytime I play as I like to be rimmed. |
