would make you date somebody when otherwise they might not be quite your cuppa?
Purely as an example (not picking on anbody or anything), if you usually chose not to meet smokers but found somebody had a really interesting profile would you meet them?  |

This should be interesting...
For me it would be a nice personality, the ability to write nice messages or speak nicely.
Arrogance, selfishness or over-confidence would be the things I would find it hard to overlook.
I hope potential meets for me would overlook the fact I'm no stranger to a fish supper. Oh and I smoke, but I'm knocking that on the head soon... |

An absolute stunning couple sent me a message with a view to a meet, everything was perfect until there last line which said although it says we wot meet smokers due to your profile we are willing to . Checked there profile and it was realll nice and long but said they definetly wouuldnt meet smokers. So i turned them down. If i have a criteria and there not in it i dont meet, simple its not as though where shortof meets around here |

We once had a meet lined up with a couple from another site.
Everything was going fine message and phone wise until they found out we had a dog and she said "I hate dogs".
That was it for us,game over!
They kept mailing saying things like "It's only sex" and "It shouldn't matter".
It did to us and we blocked them!

I had a thing about facial hair, not my cup of tea.
Guy contacted me requested and he sent me a face pic and I turned him down.
Guy contacted me a couple of months later we chatted and got on really well. Sent me a face pic was the guy I refused.
But I agreed to meet him, hell am I glad I did |

I'm not into youngsters and usually delete messages from under 40s.
However on another site I was contacted by a 32 year old. His initial message impressed me, but I have step sons 33 and 34 so I couldn't, could I?
Well he told me about himself, ex-Sandringham, injured in Iraq, sent pics of himself in uniform to my msn, now Director of his own company: I googled him and he was who he said he was.
The way I justified it, if he was old enough to go looking for WMDs he could handle my Exocets!!  |
