I'd use it to replace the floddlights at the City Ground so that it only worked when the home team were in possession.
Then they could win 10-0 every home game, get promotion, win the Prem and eventually conquer Europe again. And then in 2014 go on to win the World Cup ( cos they're all English players by now).
How big are the batteries and would they last though?
