my blackberrys just done a funny thing

a b;ackberry logo has just appeared on the front screen

its signified an incoming message

flashing red light

but I dont know what it means or how to access it

help! anyone

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else

It could either be a message via Blackberry Messenger, in which case it'll probably be in the "instant messages" folder.

Or it indicates that a software update exists, in which case you need to find Blackberry App World (most likely in "downloads")

Or you've described it badly!

it was an instant message and I found it but no idea who it was from and it wasn't through the usual route
