not remember ...

At a party recently (I had had a couple of prescription painkillers just before we left home) I thought the evening had gone very well and everybody appeared to enjoy themselves. What I did not know was that the two glasses of champagne I had had, had reacted a bit with the medication and I was horrified when I was told by a very good friend that I had dared one of the guests to insert his cock into the buffet tomato sauce. Apparently I offered to suck it off once he had complied...

I just do not remember this part of the evening.

Have you ever done anything that shocked you the next day as you just did not remember?

A horrible horrible condition.

east london

Oh god yeah!!!!

I work with a lovely group of people- open minded, tolerant, fun and most love an excuse to party.

The only time most of us can guarantee to be in the same place at the same time with some free time after is at the annual award ceremony in central London. We have a drinks reception after for our graduates and their families, needless to say the champagne and wine flow freely. After this we (staff) go on for further celebrations.

It would appear that at some stage during this evening one of the guys bugged me and to teach him a lesson I started to strip him starting with his tie and proceed to work my way down his shirt button by button making little comments as I went. Got to the belt buckle and he sat back waiting – I bottled I genuinely thought he’d cave long before that but oh no he had to call my bluff. Apparently everyone had a good laugh and enjoyed the show.

The worse part was until about midday the next day I had no recollection of any of it, all the girls heard was “oh god no” looked over and I had collapsed over my desk head cradled in my hands. All I got back was “oh god yes” and loads of laughter. Red doesn’t even begin to describe the colour I went, am sure the office could have been heated from the warmth thrown off my face.

Have gone red just thinking about it again

in my circle of friends that condition is known as "getting apparently" my friend is a master of the ART....you ask her the day after she has been partying if she has had a good time and she always starts the reply with " well.....apparently ........"

I love that expression! My whole life is a neverending series of 'Well....apparently's.

My friends think it's great...I'll think of a good one later...

Its a good "opt-out" clause, I must confess, if you cannot remember then.. clearly you are not guilty... Well,

APPARENTLY that's how you dissociate yourself from responsibility for your actions from the previous night...

Once went to a party....woke up back at home covered in blood.....

.

.

Is a long story to get to the point...so will skip that....I apparently tried to throttle one of my best friends....the crowd I was with could not release my grip from his throat...so my brother beat me unconcious and got me home.

I was 16 at the time and didn't drink any alcohol at all for about 6 years (would not even eat food that had been cooked with alcohol)....didn't drink more than a glass of wine until I had settled right down and got my life on the straight and narrow, I never drink when I am out socialising and even now I have never gotten roaring d*unk again.

Luckily friend still talking to me

OMG that could have been really serious! Makes me wonder about some of our youngsters (I am talking about teenagers, lol) taking huge risks when going out getting completely plastered.

When I was in Germany last week, I was asked if British teenagers drank as much as the German kids, apparently it is getting a bit out of control over there , too. Ouch

Anyway, glad you did not throttle your mate for we would have to communicate with you in prison, Stu?

warwickshire

There are lots of things that I have apparently (there, that word again) done, but of which I have no memory.

Strangely though, my friends relish every last detail and they will NEVER forget.

People I don't recognise still approach me in the street and say "Jeez, I thought you died years ago. DO you remember that time you........."

Which is why I no longer pollute my body with intoxicating substances.

Well, not often, anyway.
