Wouldnt it be good if they had emoticons you could put on your profile and when you send a message so that people would know when you arent being too serious or to sound more friendly?

Then again i suppose there would still be some to get the wong end of the stick and take things a wee bit too seriously.

I think we should be able to use the smileys that we use on forums in out messages. Not sure why we can't? I have no clue when it comes to websites or programming etc

I like that idea and im sure its been asked for previously

But yes no matter what you put into messages some will read the context differently to how you meant it and get uppity about it,just like in here sometimes

And don't forget those people who hate "txt spk", who presumably will have an aneurism if you put a smiley in your message.

As an afterthought, I tried to upload a pic of a cute fluffy bunny wabbit a couple of years ago for my Easter avatar and it got rejected on the grounds that I wasn't actually in the pic
