Was my first week back at work after 3 weeks off.. my thighs are hurting lol
Had a uniform change from scrub tops to tunics.. and this heat is just awful to work in |

All the roads around my house are closed off to traffic due to the Sunderland Airshow,,,,,, so this weekend my options are restricted to where I can get to on foot or by bike....
Probably just chill in the garden with my binoculars trained on the crowds...   |

I'm out for a meal tonight with friends, was meant to be out today for a work get together but the weather is going to be shit so not going to bother. Tomorrow I'm taking my boys to a funfair |
