Of course some people could go back to vanilla. Everyone is different - some see swinging as a lifestyle and as part of who they are. Others see swinging as just a bit of fun for now to maybe explore some fantasies for a bit and that's it. |

There is no medical or social reason you can't choose to. You can't become a virgin though but if you chose to abstain and lead a pious life you have the right to though god knows why you would do so.  |

Well i like the swinger lifestyle with my hubby because i am very secure in our relationship and the love and the bond we have that transcends sex. If i was to ever find myself single again i feel any relationship i would have would have to be vanilla until i reach that level again. Of course i never see that day ever coming but you never know what life will throw at you. |

Not sure I've ever been Vanilla, so going back to it would be difficult.
I am convinced I could live a more vanilla lifestyle if and when the time arrives. |

You know, it strikes me that one persons 'Vanilla' is another persons 'Whacky Fruit & Nut'!
Its all subjective. For many on here, the activities and proclivities that this 'lifestyle choice' affords them are such second nature that they can, themselves, be considered 'vanilla' - from their own point of view.

We have quite a few friends who after many years swinging or being in the sex industry have gone vanilla for different reasons.
We found vanilla American ladies will happily dish out bj's as they say its not sex...John had many happy times on our visits to Hedo lol!
As easily as people start to swing/have sex with others they can go go the opposite way depending on their lives at the time. |

To be totally honest, I don't think we'll swing again.
We started about 6yrs ago, but it's been over 2yrs since our last meet.
The last 2 meets we arrnged, the other couple cancelled, but really, instead of feeling pissed off, we just thought, "so what?"
I'm still on here most days though. I like the forums, but don't post as much as I used to |
