Does anyone do it?

I thought I was quite fit until I started it... nearly killed me but I'm on my 4th week and I've lost 7lbs and my abs are starting to show..

It killed me so I gave up after a month.. And only lost 3lb..

However with the 30 day shred I lost a stone and toned up..

to be honest the insanity workout is more about diet than anything else. Don't get me wrong there are some good workouts involved, but you won't get decent results without sticking to the diet plan they give you.

It's a 60 day fitness DVD box set with around 15 different workouts which you do each day with one day off. There is a lot of cardio work and body weight exercises. It's around 40 mins to an hour each session and you are constantly on the go so you can't fail to lose weight from it as it will shift any fat.

I haven't used the diet plan at all.... I eat quite healthy anyway...cooking from scratch with plenty of fruit and veg.
