Couples who indulge in outdoor sex sessions should be ignored by police, according to a high-level report.
Instead officers should concentrate on preventing organised outdoor sessions by researching sex forums on the internet.
New guidelines issued by the Association of Chief Police Officers suggest that officers should turn a blind eye to offenders unless members of the public complain.  |
