Don't get me wrong, I love Summer, but have woken up this morning with gluey eyes, a swollen face, runny nose etc etc....not a pretty sight!

I HATE hay fever!!!

Apparently this will be one of the worst years for hayever in a long time due to the long winter and cold late spring he says blowing nose and rubbing eyes grrrrr

normally get a few weeks of the sniffles and runny nose, but this year it is killing me.

I have never felt as bad as I do this year since I first got hayfever

I am soo bad antihistamines have been doubled and another one added to the mix too ...................... I have never ever had it this bad

Because so many plants have been delayed by the weather this year they are all producing pollen at the same time instead of in the usual progression.
