My daughter with the help of my sisters have brought me a flour mill grinder that I had wanted for a while. This afternoon my nephew has poped in with a bottle of single malt for being there for him over the last year. Makes me remember how truly lucky I am

Good for you. Try and grow or buy some spelt, then rough grind it, get some honey, yeast and olive oil and you can make roman bread.
