Due to the fact I've worked so many hrs this month my bodyclock is messed up. My 1st chance to lie in after a week, and I was up by 7am. What do you all do to unwind?
Yesterday was my first day off in what? 2 weeks? i woke up at 6 30, i feel your pain. i had like 3 teas and forced myself to the gym. back to work today
