Yep! You got it! The company brought in a new commission scheme just before Christmas!!! People are earning good money with these commissions.... So the company need to change a few things.... But to change 2 or 3 things takes so much process! So hence the presentations and meetings.... And the poor agents have had the goal posts moved so the commission is harder to achieve at such high levels!!
We will be doing it all over again in six months |
