Spring and Summer occurred last week when there was 1 day of sunshine!

It was like this in 1976 and we ended up with a very hot summer that year lol |

The Central Heating and Hot Water Boiler which packed up at my company's staff house last Tuesday can't be fixed until at least Thursday of this week, and it might even be early next week before it is repaired at all
And the bosses have nothing else for us, but are still charging us rent! |

Believe me, we have, but got nowhere! We do have portable heaters in our bedrooms but that is it! |

yes my mum wasn't impressed. as she was heavily pregnant with me , she keeps banging on about the heatwave of '76 .i was born in july , late lol ... |

I am roasting..... Had to turn the heating off hours ago as it's just sooooo hot in here!!

Bless her I was 9 in 76 and on my dads ship it was like an oven was laid on the floor of the captains cabin wishing it would cool down. No air con on the oil tankers lol |
