Just got to work, grabbed a coffee in the canteen as sat down. I hear the unmistakable sound of my arse ripping through the seam of my trousers

Now I'm on the way home to change. Can this day get any worse?

Got home and changed then went to the bus stop only to find I left my travel pass on my bed and had to go back for it AAAAARGH!
