Rome. And inter_iewing a 'conclave expert' on the beeb this morning, he's asked by the correspondent how long this one will take.
'Well, the modern conclave takes on average three days, though this could be a short conclave, in which case it could be later today. My guess though - and it's just a guess - is that we could hear something tomorrow afternoon.'
Talk about hedging yer bets! And where do you apply for the position of conclave expert anyway?! Never seen it advertised. |

The best jobs are never advertised anyway. They just put a sign on the inside of the door saying 'smart boy wanted'.
If you fancy a job as conclave expert the first thing might be to set up a website called something like conclave-expert.*** |

Well its not a very demanding job, think i only know of three maybe four popes in my lifetime |

So we could see a whole new predilection on Fabs; that of BBP - big black pope!
I've been working on the CV most of the day and from what I've read here, I might face some competition for conclave expert.
Also, according to the Sun's showbiz editor, Cheryl Cole has walked off the Conclave.
So it could be a rough ride for any Geordie Papal hopefuls.
