Turn my life around, as in try and improve myself, going to look into having lazer treatment on my back, carry on with my hair growth on my head (yes I am growing in places I don't want and loosing it where I want to keep it) so far done 3 treatments of rpr and it's showing signs of growing back.
Focus on self-esteem and confidence
And just be a more positive
Oh and at work they gave me a 3 area botox worth £250 |

For me personally, I can’t make a change now (or until February really) for reasons I don’t want to discuss on here but I have been prepping myself for it for the last month and will continue until I can make that change. |

Nice to see everyone’s keeping their expectations nice and low, don’t wanna achieve too much
New job in the new year so performance based goals for me
The age old “get fit too” except with actionable steps. Lifting 3-4 times a week and aerobic conditioning 3-4 times too. Eat a little better and see how we go |

I'm just looking forward to starting a new year, this one has been shit and can't wait for it to be over

I don’t normally make them. Next year a few things want to try
Not work till next Christmas without a week off
Tactfully tell my mother to stop fucking visiting me every day I’m off work and limit to one visit a week at the very most
Spend more time with mates do more than just work and go to gym
