One of the fundamental rules of robotics is that a robot should do no harm to humans.

If you do it right, technically neither.
Sow the seeds of something very gently into the human partner's mind, let it play out, and they should dispose of themselves once those seeds have fully grown.
You'll be in the clear.
Plus, the smirk you'll have knowing you got away with it?
Priceless .
Then make sure you have multiple sexbots etc.

Sir Isaac Asimov's Laws of Robotics would prevent it. Namely
1. A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

Asimov's laws are flawed and easily manipulated, but considering most recent sci-fi seems to have omitted them entirely they're probably not an issue anyway.
However, I think you'd need a complete AI to convince on the disposal front. A unit designed entirely as a sex bot will likely have limited processing capabilities outside of its primary parameters. And possibly limited capabilities in the physical structure too depending on how advanced a model you'd gone for.
So you'd probably have to deal with the body yourself.
