The bigger issue for me is consent
What you think is okay to being outdoors or public for many isn’t.
I do not consent to see people playing in public especially if out with my kids |

Public for me is this:
In an area frequently or partially visited by the public, I.e. Down an alleyway (out of sight and behind an obstacle/corner), or in a park behind a Bush (like 5m away from any trails as to not be caught).
My public fun is always conscious of all others in public, but close enough to be caught if people were to be told about it and "invited" (told on purpose)
I just want to know where the line of being outdoors and public stuff stands for mist people here |
