Where is your zen escape?

Where is the place where you go to chill out, relax, and get away from the stress of every day life?

The place, where, you go to give your self time to think about yourself, to care about you.

For myself. I have a once a month hair dressers appointment, where I have a cut throat shave, facial and massage. I leave with zip in my step and chilled.

But, I am looking for a place to go? A location, not an event!

For me it’s the beach.

Early in the morning as the sun is coming up. Flask of tea.

I just feel the weight life off my shoulders

Walking up a trail with good scenery listening to classical music. On my own, in my own world.

I used to love doing this in Port Eynon. South Wales

Mrs "

Can see the attraction of this but cannot disconnect this and my daily drive to work.

I have a couple of places/things.

Right now I’m lying in bed with the curtains/window open listening to the birdsong, I love the tranquility of early mornings.

The other is a long walk with my dogs. Seeing how much they enjoy being outdoors and how happy they are never fails to brighten my mood.

All over

Pottering around the garden, going for a nice walk with the dog, feeding the ducks, walking on the beach with your feet in the water when nobody else around. Some of the few of my zen things.
