Drug and alcohol free 5yrs next month, hard going but got there, rehab was tough but it worked.

Congratulations and well done to you!

Whilst not strictly sober myself, I occasionally have the odd very small spirit, for things like for a toast, I don't usually drink at all. An illness made me intolerant to alcohol, it can make me feel like I have the hangover from hell within a few minutes of drinking something.
