My friend getting upset due to someone's thoughtlessness. Not angry as such just annoyed on her behalf. She was put in a situation which could have been easily avoided. And by so called "professional". Zero tact. Zero empathy. Grr.

Those poor little fainting ones 
Although it’s sort of funny to see them seize up and topple over at any given startle, I also feel so sorry for them.
