Essential part of a sofrito, an acceptable part of some salads.
Best braised by itself in chicken stock.
Also fine, fine, fine when dipped in a bagna cauda or in taramasalata or suchlike.
Could work also as a fascinator placed behind the ear or in hair done up in a beehive. |

Raw Cellery on its own no. Finely chopped into a salad yes.
Also use it a lot in soups,stews,and casseroles.
Are we talking store bought or home grown though? Store bought celery has virtually no flavour anyway.... |

Not necessarily, since it's supposed to be high in electrolytes, vitamins, and fiber. Known to promote healthy heart, has anti-inflammatory properties, good for digestive system, etc. |

I believe the greatest marketing stunt ever pulled was to convince the world that a stick of celery should go with chicken wings... the stuff is vile and wouldnt sell half as many without this stroke of genius  |

I was chatting to a colleague about this the other day: I absolutely detest celery!
I can detect even the most miniscule hidden morsel of celery in a huge bowl of salad, enough to make me chunder... |

You could edit them in to a few Fab videos to good effect... |
