The social was exceptional. The Regency-themed party the following evening was exquisite. Yours truly was attired in period apparel. |

A lovely day out, overall but my shoulders are feeling it now! Very tired now, however, as is our stalwart support team of Mr KC |

It was tough to get around this year, just because it was so hot. But definitely fun and nice to push myself to do it. I completed in 1hr 24, just a bit slower than last year (when I'd actually trained and it was many degrees cooler!) |

Sounds like a lot of fun.

It was hot down here just gardening so I imagine pushing round 10k was boiling. I have no concept of the what 10k looks like but I'm pretty sure I couldn't do it in 1hour 24  |

Sounds like a lot of fun.
It was tough to get around this year, just because it was so hot. But definitely fun and nice to push myself to do it. I completed in 1hr 24, just a bit slower than last year (when I'd actually trained and it was many degrees cooler!)
It was hot down here just gardening so I imagine pushing round 10k was boiling. I have no concept of the what 10k looks like but I'm pretty sure I couldn't do it in 1hour 24 "
It's 6.2 miles. I did an extra 0.3km dodging potholes too |
