It was brilliant though. My hair isn't in too bad shape - they only cut off less than an inch. While telling me I should get layers because I have a moon face and it'll be more flattering.

A hairdresser once told me I couldn't have the style I wanted because I have a fat neck (it's not particularly fat). And then proceeded to give me a mushroom haircut. I cried. It took forever to grow again.
