I think signals are hard for everyone to read, especially when so many people love to flirt just for the fun of flirting. I suppose in a club you could much easier say, do you fancy meeting up then (or getting a room or whatever). Sometimes when you make friends though things can become a bit less clear, and people start worrying about rocking the boat. I doubt anyone finds it super easy. pt

Clubs are great again we have found as we are older meeting us in person does the trick! Messages on here have dried up & our age seems to be getting in the way.We go to Chams in Birmingham it a good club and very sociable. |

I reckon strike early and try to meet while the iron is hot! If that can't happen and the conversation keeps moving away from sex (or perhaps was never even on it), no harm in saying "do you think we'll ever get it on?". After too much coyness, the chances are nothing will happen perhaps, so maybe also focus elsewhere too. pt |

I'm probably the opposite. I'm very happy to strike up a conversation on here that looks promising. The last time I was at a club someone made it pretty clear they were interested in the changing room (I did find them attractive/polite), and I just kinda mumbled 'thanks', and then legged it |

Last time I was at a club night I was chatting with someone at the bar and I mentioned I hadn't had any luck yet. She responded "did you not see me making signals at you earlier?"

If anybody wants me, please just say! In clubs and otherwise. Looking back at my life I am certain that there are multiple occasions where someone did fancy me, and I fancied them, but nothing happened because they were expecting me to make a move and I was incapable of reading the situation. I think that I'm a little better at it now, but still not that person who would always know. |

I was told to just say to people that I've really enjoyed chatting with them and would love the opportunity to play if they're interested. Sometimes I have forgotten and just pop back and mention it. I'm amazed at the number of times it's had a positive response.  |
