thanks im sure as u may no the way the health service north and south is fucked as an older guy u may know we were gave no other choice in the past but to get on with life suck it up and move on thats were i am its just good to express something on here bthough it aint a fraction of it but thanks |

They are experts they understand trust me, Company I work for we have a course with them once a year, trust me they know they have heard most,if not all. there very good they will never ever judge. |

different in ireland u only get to see a hospital doctor who wants to spend minimal time with ya and try tell ya its all in ur head here in ireland we still literally lock people up with mental health issues
mother and baby homes were only done away with a few yrs ago tells how backward we are here |

They have samaratins in Ireland too. In this day and age there are all sorts of chatsites for people, maybe one of them will help you progress, this is a swingers site but saying that there is a post on here saying how is your mental health so maybe posting in that one could help a bit. I'm sure it's still up on here. |

It's in the lounge section just scroll down a bit. There has been fellow fabsters leaving there inbox open if anyone wants to chat. So maybe that can help a little. Depression etc is horrible and your not alone there will be a few on here similar too you, hense that post titled...how is your mental health. |

yea sorry its a swingers site so yea my bad for airing mental health issues here its comments like that make people feel bad but sure as long as ur ok wfuck the rest of us posting bin the lounge section so im sorry to ruin ur day like u said i will call the samaratins and not post on a swingers site again and i hope u never need help like most of us do

yea thanks and if u had of noticed the last post about mental health was also posted in the lounge which i posted to i was trying to keep a post alive in this persons post about mental health issues which alot of us suffer from apart from u so again sorry for posting inhere and upsetting u |

Ah you can post anything you like anywhere, you know what I'm trying to help by guiding you to a specific post that souly is about mental health on here, every single person on here at one time or another has felt lonely down depressed whatever you wanna call it, but everyone has me included ok, and I had to deal with it with one family member so I know about it oh trust I know, so not mocking you, trying to help maybe someone will come along post in here shortly for you, or just post away air your concerns bottling up things is worst thing you can do. |

but sure whats the difference in a thread asking about ur mental health and a thread asking what has ya up at this hr of the nite sure ur either getting fucked or someone is trying to fuck ya over no difference it boils down to to the same issue ur either gettin fucked or ur fucked so where does itv matter where mental health issues get posted
