Why do so many dislike beards, I’ve always rocked the Viking look and my late partner loved it she said it was the look in a man’s eye with a beard that made her know the fun was really going to start

Just stick to the ones that like beards, forget about the beard haters and always remember that beards rule

Itches seriously too

Only itches if you don’t look after it it should be as soft as your hair is after washing. That is what beard oil is for

My beard is as soft as my hair, because I look after it.

I’ve only had one couple asking me if I would consider shaving it for them. I politely decline of course.

I like guys with beards.

I like guys without.

Also, as said above, if they look after it, it's definitely not itchy at all!

I had a lady ask to see what I’d look like clean shaven. It took me ages finding a photo.

I’d never change myself for a request.

They can look great, when they're well maintained and not scruffy. But they usually irritate my skin. So that's why I don't particularly like them.

I like well-kept, short beards. I dont like moustaches, and I also like clean-shaven.

As soon as it gets over an inch or so, or heads towards the Santa, I am not so keen.

It could be the fact that some men have very unhygenic and untidy beards, allowing bits of food and god knows what else to be caught up in them.

(i at times have a beard) not knocking them

I like everything from clean shaven through to a full beard. Some men really, really suit a beard. I dislike a moustache on its own though.

I've had a short beard on/off for the last few years now and I definitely prefer myself with it. Grew it out a bit longer and it always looked messy.

As soon as I see myself clean shaven I just feel like I don't look right.

I love a beard on my man... but I can understand why many people don't like the sensation of them on their face or body, it's very much an each person will have a different "take" on it.

I am not keen on scratchy stubble.

It has to be a full soft beard or really smooth skin for me, nothing inbetween.

So many seem to like the Shylock/Shakespeare/Sir Francis Drake look!

If they don't, I never find out so what is there to lose?
