I’ve come out of a terrible marriage.
I initially joined due to my ex when we were together. I’ve recently come back as a “grow through it” thing.
I’ve found it really has helped with my self worth.
I don’t know what I was really searching for before. Just some sex & attention maybe. But I’m already finding more. Friends maybe. A place. Some peace. Definitely not what I was looking for or expecting.
How about you? What were you looking for. Has it changed? Have you been surprised? Disappointed? |

It is a good place to find friends initially was for fwb near me but as I’ve got to know some good friends on hear who have supported me through some major issues in my life women as well as some chaps  |

I was a swinger from way back when I was younger and not in the UK. When I first came over in 2014 during my first stint in this country, I wanted to seek out the swinging scene here to open my eyes and widen my worldview, so to speak.

The info was put into the person bio on a dating site obviously the person must have got fed up of receiving dick pictures and sexual advances so trying to redirect. I wrote it down just out of curiosity then roughly 8 months later thought have a nosey been here since it has been an experience made some fantastic friends even after they left the site but also met some great people and chatted with some also here and off here |

I complained about the only thing I missed being single was sex to a married friend, she suggested here(also was here) & I've been here on&off, ever since. I've shared this before so apologies if I'm a bore.
I was talked in to dating again by a friend when I filed for divorce. She ear-twisted me on to Tinder and then Hinge when I hated Tinder then fessed up about here when I quit Hinge after a few days.
I want and need non-vanilla, unconventional.
She found it through her then partner / now fiance.
Was impulsive in the first weeks and met without enough chat so wasn't the best intro but that one taught me well and was always more careful and patient. But it did what I wanted, which was to reclaim the me I'd lost over the years with the ex.
Fab has been a mixed bag. I have made worthy connections and toxic ones.

After coming out of a long completely vanilla marriage I had no idea what I wanted, tried dating sites and had lots of coffees and a 6 month fling but didn't really want to settle down. Met a lady on tinder who after a while ... said she was married...and I said doesn't your hubby wonder what your up to with me...she said no, were swingers ..and I said what's a swinger ? I've had a lot of fun...I enjoy it , love the adventure and hedonistic madness of it..I struggle with rudeness and being treated like a second rate citizen in the fab dimension but avoid those sorts of situations if possible.

For me, I have an inquisitive mind and didn't want to listen to Boris who said people were allowed outside to exercise and go to work if they wasn't able to work from home in our times of lockdown
To me that just said you are allowed outside. I asked a bi sexual lady I have known for a lot of years for a genuine app or website to meet people and she told me about fab.
The parties were really great I have met lovely people and then going abroad for over year made me miss the scene and fab.

My husband committed suicide… we had sex pretty much daily and arguably was one of the best parts of ‘us’. After a year I signed up anonymously just to look… as I lost weight I posted the odd snap of my mum bod (no face) just to see if anyone may still find me attractive. Lost 5 stone (still have another 5 to lose) went blonde again and had a ‘f it’ moment and posted a nude selfie in my kitchen apron. Fab has genuinely been a huge, huge part of my recovery from domestic abuse, gaining all that weight and losing everything - my spirit included.
The escapism, confidence and amazing experiences /friends I’ve made - I couldn’t put a price on it. Who knew!! |

Came to it after being a member on another site. People complain about time wasters on here but this is a great place compared to the first one I joined. It almost seemed like it was people's first foray into it and then when they decided they really wanted to do it, join this one instead!

It is a eye opener site, you get judged very quickly which is understandable, safety has to be top priority always. Been told I need to sort my profile out take a lot more pics of private setting and show them to all, but I thought just get the mundane but important information out there on profile, and rest will follow via connecting messaging. But its great to see a lot have connected and its helped a lot of people in there lives too which is fantastic news. The banter on here is so funny and hopefully no one takes offence, my advice to anyone new ish like myself, is definitely take advice of the more experienced site members who been here a long time they know what there talking about. |

I met Cammy in 2001. She had just come out of a long term relationship and was going through a divorce. She was so horny looking and lived up to her looks. It wasn't an issue for me, I knew she was bi when we met. In fact I encouraged her to explore it if she wanted, she never did. When I caught her we talked about it and I said ok as long as our relationship comes first. There were many other bigger issues in the relationship, mainly her being a horrible alcoholic. |

As honest and blunt as possible, I just wanted to sex or head from time to time
No strings attached kinda fun and it seems like most dont want that which is fine and makes sense as to why I don't get much luck with what I'm looking for. Of course woman want to know that they are safe and also like to build a little bond with the person first.
Even tho I rarely get meets on here I still enjoy just being on here and having a nosey from time to time as well as attending clubs and socialising |

Accidental find on a google search found fab for me. Can’t remember what exactly I was searching for but I stumbled upon fab.
I created an account many moons ago (possibly 2009/2010 ish)
Left and rejoined many times. Several rodeos, memories that will last a lifetime (good, bad and indifferent) and I still keep coming back

Dragged in by cheerfully hopeful FB who thought having a couples profile will give him an access to unlimited shag, if only I was willing to take one for the team. Luckily for everyone involved it didn’t work out so I decided to have my own profile. Still doesn’t work but at least nobody will keep changing my fab password anymore. |

I was coaching for my sons football team and got new shirts. Made a joke about red being “the best colour” to the mums and got a text of her, in red, a few days later.
Said that I was flattered but “I don’t think your husband would approve” and she replied saying “he told me to send it and thinks we should chat”…….
The rest as they say, is history |

Yikes. So sorry to hear that but well done you. The same thing happened to me, I am 100% straight and he used to creepily message other women telling them “my partner is not ready for a threesome yet so would you like to play with me first “. Totally creepy. |
