"1 x tortilla wrap

1 x small finely chopped onion

2 x tbsp pizza sauce

1 x sliced mushroom

1 x tspn Italian herbs

ADD SOME CHEESE

delicious homemade pizza

Niiiiice! Except the mushrooms, they can get in the bin bookmarking this for tomorrow

You can swap out the mushrooms for sweetcorn

Change the pizza base to crumpets and you're on a new level."

I've done it with crumpets and yes they are good but I prefer the super thin base of the tortilla

Pineapple is also brilliant on a burger.

Beef patty, cheese, tomato, lettuce, tomato sauce, bacon, pineapple, beetroot, fried egg.

Discovered probably by accident around 7000 years ago.

The rennet naturally present in sheep’s stomach bladders used to transport milk is thought to have started the process.

I’d either have a Worcestershire sauce and a subtle mild cheese, or a stilton cheese sauce, with mushrooms on toast.

Lose the ketchup and replace with a dash of Worcestershire Sauce.

I even checked the good old urban dictionary and there's no references to cheese and pineapple hedgehogs.

There are for cheese, pineapple and hedgehog individually of course.

Every day is a school day as apparently a hedgehog is:

"A seductively elusive male, characterised by nocturnal habits and inconsistent contact. His sexual habits are likely promiscuous, as these woodland critter men enjoy uninhibited roaming across many urban lady gardens."

They definitely exist! Back in the day (fuck that makes me sound old )you'd use anything as the base, sometimes one of those plant oasis things covered in tin foil and then whack as many chunks of cheese and pineapple on cocktail sticks in as you could fit.

And yes. Some deviants added pickled onions too.

I'm gonna make one this weekend now and post a photo on here for all the unbelievers amongst you.....
