That's awesome! Do you tend to avoid heavy meals after the gym then and get them in before your workout? "

I don’t eat a lot to be honest mate especially compared to when I was younger I never stopped eating to weigh the same as do now on much less food.

Typically skip food at breakfast normal morning is a litre of water a cup of tea and a pint of milk

Dinner is usually a ham sandwich with a bit cheese on the side maybe 75g and few bags of crisps

Tea always 300g of (usually fatty) meat with either boiled potatoes or rice

Then if gym night (5 days of week)I have the above if night off I have bacon and 4 slices of thick toast with plent real butter

It Just takes time mate you doing great been at it since was 14 and to be honest I looked like shit till was mid 30s or so
