Anyone tried a tens machine ?

i just ordered two..a portable one for work and one for home.

Hired one when I was having my daughter, but I was in so much pain from the contactions I couldn't concentrate enough to use it properly.

Give it a try babes, anything's worth a go!

I'v used one on my back and on a knee injury, they can give relief but not totally kill the pain

My dad used one for his Sciatica (spelt wrongly!!) and said it worked a treat - was the best money he spent while he was off sick.

I misunderstood this whole thread, I thought it was about making guys who were maybe a six or seven into tens,

Maybe I shouldnt have bought 20 of those machines until I fully read the thread

I have a tens machine, i use it for my bad back sometimes.

They are fantastic things!

Also good for putting on Shaz bum cheeks with power quite high to make her pelvic floor muscles jump

I've used a Tens for years for a problem with my back....it takes a bit of time to find the level which will suit you...but it's the best money I ever spent.

I put mine "on" my gob when i had tooth ache but was seeing stars so had to stop quick
